With nearly 15 years of software development, networking, and management experience, Victor Mushkatin serves as General Manager of AVIcode Consulting. Throughout his career, Mr. Mushkatin has successfully led technology companies in implementing a variety of hardware and software solutions including communications networks, distributed database and data warehousing systems, and Internet business portals. Prior to co-founding AVIcode Consulting, Mr. Mushkatin spent 4 years at Shared Technologies Cellular Inc, a publicly traded telecommunications provider, where he held the position of Chief Network Administrator. Currently, Mr. Mushkatin directs the overall operations of AVIcode Consulting while managing strategic alliances and overseeing the recruiting, personnel, and financial functions of the company. He received a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from St. Petersburg State University in 1995. Additionally, Mr. Mushkatin became a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer in 1997 and a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer in 1999.

Stephen Pelletier, Founder, Director of Business Development

Stephen Pelletier has over 20 years of experience in the information technology industry. Prior to founding AVIcode Consulting, Mr. Pelletier spent 10 years as General Manager of SPELLNET LLC, a Microsoft Certified Partner that specializes in managed hosting and information technology services. In addition, Mr. Pelletier served as Chief Technology Officer of the Cynops division of Tymetrix, a national provider of collaboration and matter management systems for corporate legal departments. Currently, Mr. Pelletier directs business development and strategic alliances for AVIcode Consulting.

Alexandre Zakonov, Founder, Chief Software Architect

With nearly 15 years of software development experience, Alexandre Zakonov serves as Chief Software Architect for AVIcode Consulting and is responsible for overseeing the planning and delivery of all aspects of AVIcode software. Throughout his career Mr. Zakonov has been responsible for designing and implementing mission critical applications for the telecommunications, legal, and energy industries. As a recognized expert in the area of "software manageability", Mr. Zakonov advises project teams within the Microsoft Corporation on optimal coding practices and procedures. Mr. Zakonov received a Master of Mathematics and Computer Science degree from St. Petersburg State University in 1995 and holds a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from Eastern Connecticut State University. Furthermore, he became a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and Certified Solution Developer in 1999.
